We take great care in preparing and packaging every plant so it arrives as safely and happily as possible.

Please keep in mind that plants are living products. During shipping, plants may experience minor stress or cosmetic changes, such as slightly wilted leaves, minor leaf damage, soil movement, or an occasional damaged leaf. These minor changes can occur naturally during transit and typically do not affect the overall health of the plant.

Weather & Shipping Delays
We carefully consider weather conditions when preparing plant orders for shipment. However, carrier delays and weather conditions during transit are outside of our control. We may delay shipment when extreme temperatures could put your plants at risk.

Damaged Plants
If your plant arrives with significant damage, please contact Blissful Vines Plant Shop within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the plant, packaging, and shipping box. We will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Please do not discard the plant or packaging until your claim has been reviewed, as photos or packaging may be needed for a shipping-carrier claim.

By purchasing a plant for shipping, you acknowledge that minor cosmetic changes or normal shipping stress may occur during transit.
